Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We offer a straight forward and simple delivery service to UK mainland. For deliveries further afield, please call our office for assistance.

Service Charge Delivery
Standard £3.00* 2 - 3 workings days


*All qualifying orders over £50 receive FREE delivery service.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days subject to items being in stock. For most orders you will be provided with a tracking reference to ensure you are kept up to date with the progress of delivery. Any tracking information will be sent to the email you used during checkout.

If you'd like to know any delivery details for your order, please feel free to contact our customer services. 

RETURNS

We are happy to offer a returns policy which lasts 40 days.

If 40 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If an item has been damaged in transit, is deemed faulty, or you have been sent an incorrect item, we will arrange for the collection of the item by our carriers, or request that such is returned to us via Royal Mail. In this instance, we will be happy to refund any postage costs incurred.

If an item has been damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. If the goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse receipt.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you are yet to receive a refund, firstly may we please ask if you can check your bank account again.

After checking your bank account once again and the refund has still not been received back, may we please ask for you to contact the company who would be responsible for your facility of credit. Please note refunds can take some time before they show on your latest live balance or statements.

Further to this, may we please ask for you to contact your bank. Please be aware there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@hardwareandgardenware.co.uk and send your item to: Hardware and Gardenware Ltd, U Storeall Ltd, Cheerbrook Farm, Newcastle Rd, Willaston, Nantwich CW5 7EL.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should send your product to: Hardware and Gardenware Ltd, U Storeall Ltd, Cheerbrook Farm, Newcastle Rd, Willaston, Nantwich CW5 7EL.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
